Right from the start, Asha Rathour knew that true empowerment comes from knowledge-sharing. She was determined to pass on her skills to the next generation of beauty artists. With this in mind, she established her own Training Centre, nurturing aspiring beauticians and instilling in them the same discipline and passion she carried within herself.

At a time when beauty training opportunities were scarce, Asha Rathour was a trailblazer, the first in the region to provide Government Certified Diplomas, opening doors for countless young girls to step into a respected and skilled profession.
